Well, starting yesterday, I have become a cutter. No, not a paper cutter, and no, not a "I-cut-you-cutter," a "cut-yourself" cutter. So yeah, I cut myself. I have been finding things with sharp edges recently to cut with, and now my arm is aching because of it. So, I want to warn you, since it is surprisingly addicting. Don't make the first cut. You'll find yourself wanting to cut more and more when you get into it. This afternoon on the bus I got a box of candy, tore off the side panel of it and found a sharp edge, and, you betcha, started cutting. It's hard to explain why I cut really but I think it all started last March when I started feeling depressed. My depression is coming back over me and I feel the need to do something to myself, and I have started cutting because of that feeling.

Lesson today: don't cut yourself.

I'm not an emo, actually. There are differences between cutters and emos, and since I'm not very emotional/scene I cannot be classified as emo.
